Crown & Carry: Honoring Our Elders with Dignity and Grace

Every crown has a story, years of wisdom, endurance, and faith that deserve to be seen, honored, and cherished.

At Deliverance Driven Ministries, we believe that the elders among us are not forgotten chapters but living testimonies of God’s goodness. That’s why we’re so honored to introduce Crown & Carry, a ministry outreach dedicated to uplifting, protecting, and caring for the senior members of our community.

Our Heart Behind the Mission

Inspired by Isaiah 46:4 “Even to your old age I am He, and to gray hairs I will carry you…” this program was birthed from a deep conviction to ensure that no elder walks alone, suffers in silence, or feels unseen.

Many of our elders carry quiet burdens financial hardship, isolation, or neglect. Crown & Carry steps in as the hands and feet of Jesus, reminding them that they are crowned with dignity and carried by grace.

Through this initiative, our team delivers love in action: warm meals, hygiene care, prayer, companionship, and advocacy for those in need. Whether homebound or residing in care facilities, each senior we serve is met with compassion, respect, and spiritual encouragement.

What We Do

From weekly meal and care deliveries to safe-haven advocacy and companionship visits, Crown & Carry connects volunteers, families, and ministries to meet both the physical and spiritual needs of elders in the Kansas City area and beyond.

We also extend our mission into nursing homes through worship gatherings, birthday blessings, and end-of-life comfort ministry, ensuring that every elder, even in their final season, knows they are deeply loved and never forgotten.
